A Certified Yoga Nurse is a specially trained in gentle, restorative health techniques to help alleviate the stresses of aging. They blend the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern science of nursing to support whole-person health, focusing on breath, movement, stress response, and rest. This approach complements traditional nursing by expanding care beyond clinical treatment to include practical tools for resilience, recovery, and everyday well-being

Kelly Warr BSN, CYN is a Registered Nurse, Nurse wellness specialist and educator. Kelly comes with more than 26years of healthcare experience. Drawing on her background in emergency medicine, ambulatory surgery and chronic illness, she has a strong desire to serve those in her community. Kelly provides Nurse-led experiences focused on healthy aging, breath work, functional movement and restorative rest.
