Last week, I had the privilege of presenting to the Albatross Americas leadership team. Today, I presented my second Lead Well. Live Well. session to the Michaels leadership team.

These organizations are in very different industries, but they share something powerful in common: they are investing in their leaders because they understand that healthy leaders build healthier teams.

My respiratory infections became more frequent, lasted longer, and required increasing amounts of antibiotics and steroids. I knew something wasn't right. I also felt that my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Deep down, I knew there had to be more to the story.
