Here is a list of the most common signs (These will eventually harm your own health):
Disrupted sleep- tossing, turning, the mind not shutting off
Chronic achiness or sore back without any real cause
Change in weight with a increase or decrease in appetite
Decreased immunity with increase in colds
Fatigue that you can't knock

Caregiver fatigue often wreaks havoc on our body. Often the physical symptoms are gradual and may not even be noticed until they begin to threaten your own health.

If you are living in a cup half full or half empty... this is all you will have to give. It is important that you do not place your health at the bottom of the cup... as you will quickly become depleted and ill yourself.
