When was the last time you stopped to breathe in the beauty of life..?

.

To realize and appreciate your true tribe of friends..? That life has so much to offer..?

.

Often we hear about improving our diets, exercising more, meditating, and discovering life balance... All in the name of healthy living.

.

But did you know that friendship is an important part of great health and wellness..?

.

Many studies suggest friendship and social interaction supports a decrease in stress levels while boosting happiness. Additionally, friendships can help us make better health choices and heal from emotional trauma. Finally, a recent Harvard study suggests that close bonds even keep our brains healthier

.

Is there a specific number of friends that one must have... I don't think so. What is important is that you have some true friends which you connect with.

.

This past week has been crazy and I have felt like I was in constant overdrive. I have been able to enjoy a few of my girlfriends, conversation and varied activities the past two days. I tend to make friends wherever I go...however, it is the deep connection, conversations with my tribe that feed me.

.

When was the last time you spent some quality time with a bestie... enjoying a beverage, environment and conversation..?

.

This photo represents a happy gal whose cup has been filled the past two days
