Breath
Breathwork helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus, and support better breathing patterns. For older adults, these simple practices may help increase relaxation, ease tension, support mobility, improve energy, and encourage overall wellbeing and healthy aging.
Movement
Gentle movement practices help support mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall physical wellbeing while encouraging a calmer connection between body and mind. For older adults, mindful movement may help ease stiffness, improve circulation, reduce tension, increase confidence with daily activities, support energy levels, and promote healthy aging and overall wellbeing.
Rest
Rest allows the nervous system to slow down, helping reduce stress, calm mental fatigue, and support relaxation and recovery. For older adults and those living with everyday stress or chronic health concerns, intentional rest may help improve energy, support emotional wellbeing, encourage better sleep, and create a greater sense of ease and balance.

Meet Your Nurse
Kelly Warr, BSN, CYN® is a Registered Nurse, Nurse Wellness Specialist, and Educator with more than 26 years of healthcare experience. As a Certified Nurse Coach and graduate of the Certified Yoga Nurse Program ®, Kelly brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to wellness that blends clinical knowledge with restorative healing practices.
Drawing from her background in emergency medicine, ambulatory surgery, and personal chronic illness, Kelly has witnessed firsthand how stress, poor breathing patterns, physical tension, and lack of rest impact overall health and quality of life. Her experiences at the bedside inspired a deeper calling — helping people not only manage Stress, Anxiety, Pain and Suffering, but support healing, resilience, and wellbeing in everyday life.
